9. Not dirty

Huaguang TN thermal CTP plate after the development process, the blank part is clean, water retention performance, not dirty when printing.

10. No coating

General PS plate production line only installed transverse cutting device, both sides are not cut, so easy to form a thick coating edge and affect plate making. The second CTP production line not only has a transverse cutting device, but also has a longitudinal edge cutting device installed on both sides. This satisfies the requirements for automatic platemaking machines on the one hand and cuts the required plates on the production line. Specification size, no manual correction outside the line, so to ensure the accuracy of the cutting size of the plate.

Plate size can be customized according to user requirements.

Fourth, Huaguang thermal CTP and similar foreign products performance comparison

At present, the thermal CTP system introduced in China uses more KPG plates. In order to let users further understand the performance of Huaguang thermal CTP plate, special compare the two types of negative and positive thermal CTP plate. The test results are shown in Table 3 and Table 4.
