Fast automatic finishing shrinking machine that meets the needs of the beverage industry

Bragan Water, a natural mineral water beverage company based in Co Monaghan, Ireland, has until recently manually bottled drinks and sealed the boxes by hand to prepare pallets. Bragan has now installed a B700 Swift automatic shrink packaging system from Adpak, which meets the requirements of Bragan's post-packaging. The entire operation process is: the finished bottle is directly transported to the shrinking furnace's woven mesh conveyor belt by a mechanical pusher. The pusher can convey unsupported bottles to the shrinkage without disrupting the aligned bottles. Furnace delivery equipment. Throughout the process, a pneumatic conveyor plate covers the sealing jaws.

The design of the B700 Swift made it possible to quickly adjust the equipment - according to Adpak, the equipment can be retrofitted in less than 30 minutes. In addition, the equipment can be exchanged as simply as possible. Bragan's bottle sizes range from 250 ml to 3 liters, and the B700 Swift can be packaged in a variety of arrangements ranging from 3 x 2 to 6 x 4. B700 also has different feed modes such as left feed, right feed and in-line feed.
