Nowadays, people's demands for printed materials are gradually increasing, and the processing cycle requirements are getting shorter and shorter. Commercial web offset presses meet people's requirements for high quality and efficiency. In the actual use of the M600 commercial webcaster in Heidelberg, I summarized the experience of using the webcam for reference by my colleagues.

1. Avoid moisture absorption and breakage of paper tape

The tape break mentioned here does not mean that the tape suddenly breaks from somewhere during normal printing, but means that in the hot summer, when the printing is stopped, due to the high outside temperature, the temperature of the commercial roller cooling roller surface It is low, so that a lot of water is condensed on the surface, and the paper strip on the surface of the cooling roller is quickly wetted by the condensed water, and the paper strip is easily broken at this time when it is turned on again.

After several attempts, a solution was found. In the ten minutes before changing the plate, the refrigeration system is first shut down, and when the machine is shut down, the temperature difference between the inside and outside is not large enough, and there will be no condensed water on the surface of the cooling roller, which will not cause the paper tape to absorb water and be easily broken.

2. Plug-in fault exclusion

In the case of octa-printing products with 880mm specifications printed on one time, the craftsmanship requires that the folded side be staggered by 1cm. When printing is adjusted according to the process requirements, a page fault occurs when the machine speed rises to 20,000 sheets/hour, and each time it occurs at the belt at the upper part of the flower stall.

At the beginning, the operator felt that the belts were loose on both sides of the belt, resulting in inconsistent drop speeds on both sides of the page. After the belt was tightened, it was switched on again. There was no improvement. Changing the positions of the pages and the belts, the belts on both sides of the page were centered, but they did not improve. It also adjusted the time of the page layout. After several fine tunings, the machine speed could basically reach 30,000 sheets/hour. However, when the 890-mm size octaves were reprinted later, serious plug-page failures still occurred. After adjusting the flower time, the failure was ruled out. However, when printing the 787-mm specifications of the eight open-print products, the time for flowering must be adjusted in order to eliminate plug-page faults.

Operators believe that the key to troubleshooting is to accurately adjust the timing of page breaks. Even though the page fault has been ruled out for a few times, the timing of the outlays is still not ideal. After fumbling, stop when the page posts fall from the pulley belt, release the page, adjust the fastening screws, and turn the flower bar so that the upper part of the flower bar just touches the page sheet and locks the fastening screw. , Boot printing, printing the above three specifications of the paper no plug page failure, even if the paper size changes do not need to adjust the flowering time.
