Comparison of traditional spiral ring and GRT coil

Thank you for giving me this opportunity to listen to our introduction.
We call the coils sealed with a single synthetic gasket called GRT coils.
Technocraft's patented GET coil has a unique design with a streamlined groove at the root of the coil-mounted washer. When the coil is pressed against the top of the barrel, the gasket will follow the groove. Fill the gap to achieve the best sealing effect.
The excellent flow state of the gasket during the locking process is clearly shown in Figure I-1.
In the past, in order to achieve a sealing effect when the gap was filled during pressing, a relatively thick gasket was used, which was made of different sizes and materials. When the lock is engaged, only the pressure is applied to the washer, regardless of the geometry of the coil and the locking method. The GRT coil invented by Technocraft uses a scientific and rational geometry flow cell and a unique locking structure using the “S-type”, which clamps the flange of the coil to the three. The middle of the top of the layer of the barrel, thereby avoiding the accident of separating the coil from the top of the barrel under adverse conditions.
Below is the result of a comparison test between a GRT coil and a conventional coil. GRT coils are locked with conventional coils under the same parameters and conditions.
Figure I-5 shows a conventional coil with two washer locks mounted on a conventional bucket top.
Figure I-6, Figure I-7, Figures I-8 and I-9 show the GRT coils with two black nitrile rubber washers, two white EPDM rubber washers, and a single black nitrile rubber washer. The single white EPDM rubber gasket is locked on the top of the conventional bucket, and the size and shape of the lock are the same.
Figure I-10, Figure I-11, Figure I-12 and Figure I-13 show the length and width of the flow deformation of the GRT coil in the gap between the coil and the top of the barrel after locking with a conventional conventional coil washer. It can be clearly seen that the fluidity of the gasket in the GRT coil is much superior in both the lateral and longitudinal directions.
If the volume of the gasket is increased, the extension of the gasket in the lateral and longitudinal directions will also increase after the closure, but it is apparent from the test that the GRT coil has a great advantage in the extension of the flow in the vertical upward direction. In fact, just a GRT with a single washer can achieve this effect instead of a double washer. Moreover, with GRT coils, a single large washer operates much better than a double washer.
Figure I-14 to Figure I-21 illustrate the performance comparison of GRT coils with conventional coils. When a gasket is made of a material with a higher elasticity under the special geometry of the GRT coil, it is more fluid and the fluidity in the vertical direction is better than the horizontal direction.
Practice has proved that if you change the taper at the punched flange of the top of the bucket top, increasing this taper can also achieve similar results with the GRT coil.
The experimental results are the same for the 2 inch coil of the GRT coil and the 3/4 inch coil.
Outstanding advantages of the GRT closure coil
• The design of the GRT coil is unique in that it has a coil of the optimum geometry for both single and double washers.
・The GRT coil is the most suitable because it can be applied to both the single washer and the double washer coil. It is compatible with all gasket materials at the same time without causing contamination of the contents due to different materials.
・GRT coils are the most economical because they do not require high locking molds and do not affect the production speed due to frequent mold changes.
・The design of the GRT coil does not require any cost for the steel drum manufacturer. This news has spread among the steel drum makers.
・GRT coils have been used in steel drum manufacturers in Europe and Asia for many years.

Figure I-31 shows the unique locking structure with “S-type”, which clamps the flange of the coil in the middle of the three-layered top steel plate, thus avoiding the generation of coils and barrels under adverse conditions. The top separation accident. This process requires a mold change, but it will also bring you more benefits.
