CBIALFILL Develops Electronic Rotary PET Filling Machine

The VOLUFILL electronic rotary PET filling machine developed by German-British joint venture CBIALFILL is a new single-system rotary washing, filling and capping system. It adopts a “bottleneck” transmission system. The conversion between different bottles and packages can be done in one minute. Completed within the patented technology for the electric pneumatic quantitative filling system and electronic flow metering device can be accurately continuous filling, reducing waste and avoid the danger of overpacking. Applicable to non-pneumatic beverages, carbonated beverages, beverages containing pulp, filling temperature from 5 °C ~ 70 °C, filling capacity of about 44,000 bottles per hour, depending on the variety of beverages.
