I am a new donkey. On November 17, I participated in a weight training exercise from Qiniang Mountain. We will now sort out the zip training experience and some of the things that the new donkey should pay attention to, and hope to help new donkeys participating in such activities. Because there are few attendance activities, don't worry if you don't write it correctly. First of all, to talk about climbing equipment, the new donkey is always very easy to superstition its own strength and ignore the equipment. It should be noted that although the purpose of mountain climbing is to exercise and temper the will, protecting oneself from unnecessary injury is also a major prerequisite for such activities. The following are some of my personal experiences and some people are listening. Gloves: Gloves are essential equipment for climbing. On some very steep slopes that need climbing, without gloves, the hands are easily scratched by stones. Even if you don't need climbing, you can wear gloves and you can use your hand to hold the branches, vines and weeds on the roadside. We must know that there are thorns on many branches of the mountain, and the edges of some of the longer weeds are like saws. Not to mention the bare hands to pull, it is also a bloody mark to “pick up†from the hands while walking. Gloves are even more important when you go down the hill. In the steep slopes, you must use your hand to control the weeds, branches, or whatever to balance the center of gravity and control the speed of the downside. It's hard to imagine a pair of good gloves at this time. If you fall unfortunately when you are down, if you wear gloves, you can rest assured that you can grasp what you can grasp, and keep your body from rolling down. I did not wear gloves when I went to zip. It was okay to go uphill. Some twigs on the roadside became very smooth because of the large number of people I grabbed. When Qiniang Mountain was down the mountain, I fell, and when I went down, I fell, and after a few laps I struggled and grabbed a handful of vines that touched my hand. As a result, I was stabilized, but my palm was on the vine. Assassin belted a small piece of meat. Not to mention when we went down the hill from the Triangle and from the top of the Big Wild Goose. At that time, our feet began to soften. In order not to roll down on a steep hill, there was no way to hurt and hurt. The scalp grasps the weeds and vines by hand to stabilize the body. Counting things at home, there were dozens of large and small wounds in the hands, which were cut open by the grass, pierced, and grappled with gravel on the ground when they were wrestling. It was the most tragic time to shower in the evening (a word is omitted here). The next day he had to pick out the thorns and sand from the needles. All these are bloody lessons. (When you hit this sentence, there are several keys on the keyboard or red) The climbing gloves must be strong, especially on the palm side. This time I also saw some donkeys wearing a line of gloves, but this kind of glove is easily pierced by long stabs, and it is also easy to be hanged by branches. Gloves are not too big, too easy to fall off, fall into the bushes and weeds will be difficult to find again. This time on the way back I heard the "fork" to introduce his very strong and rugged leather gloves, as if only five dollars, is a welder-specific gloves, sold in labor insurance stores. Hiking shoes: Be sure to have a pair of professional hiking shoes! ! ! Mountain climbing is mainly based on a pair of feet, unless you have a pair of "leather" feet like African natives, otherwise you can not do without a pair of good hiking shoes to protect the feet. Travel shoes, sports shoes, etc. simply do not work, do not hold luck. It was already late on the mountain road when it was found that the shoes were not suitable. It was neither on nor on. Take a step to hurt. The way down the hill will also affect the balance of the body and cause unnecessary danger. The size of the shoes must be appropriate. Because the foot will swell after a long journey, the shoes will be too small to squeeze their feet. Too large shoes can cause foot and shoe friction when walking too far, and it's easy to grind blisters on the feet. In addition, it is best to wear a thick cotton socks, not only can absorb sweat, but also can make shoes and feet more closely. Silk socks and nylon socks make it easy for the feet to slide in the shoes and it is easy to sprain the feet. It is also easy to make the foot plate blisters. If it is a new shoe, be sure to wear it for a few days before climbing and it is best to run it with it. There is a running-in process between the new shoes and the feet. Try to complete this process before real climbing. In this zip-up exercise, I also saw a donkey playing a lot of blisters on his feet because of wearing new shoes. As for whether the shoes are low or high, I don't compare them because I only walk through low shoes. However, if you usually tend to twist your feet during exercise, it is recommended to wear high-top shoes, walking on the road in complex road conditions, a large range of activities of the ankle, high-top shoes have a certain ability to support the ankle. In addition, I found a problem when I was wearing low shoes. When I walked down the hillside, low shoes could easily crush the outer ankle. Many of the crossings are such mountain trails, and most of them are the right slopes of the mountain (according to the direction of advancement), so my left foot is swollen with a swollen upper part under the lateral joints. I do not know high shoes will not be better. There is also the teeth of the soles of the shoes that are not too deep or too weary. It is easy to get stones in the inside, and secondly, it is easy to get caught in fine vines. Backpack: backpack must be selected, how to buy a lot of backpack stickers, it is recommended that you take a look before you buy. I just bought the backpack according to the post. If you want to participate in climbing activities on a regular basis, do not be afraid of expensive. Good packages are expensive. When you buy a package, you must take the trouble to ask yourself how to adjust the backpack. Even if you don't have a good backpack, it will cause you a lot of trouble. I didn't adjust my new backpack this time, and I suffered a pain in my right shoulder. The left side was fine. If you do not have weight-bearing experience, it is better to feel your weight on your backpack for an hour or so before you travel. A few tens of pounds of backpack just on the back you may think that is not heavy, can withstand. But after a few dozen minutes back, your thoughts may be completely different. Clothes and pants: Pants must be selected for quick dry pants to prevent sweating from being applied to the body. To know that clothes can be easily replaced (GG's advantage), changing pants is not so easy. :) And ordinary trousers are easily crushed by thorns. Do not wear jeans. When you sweat, your jeans will stick to your legs and you will feel uncomfortable and affect the activities of your legs. Don't wear shorts unless you have a corrupt grade or a good road condition to prevent the legs from getting stuck in grass and branches. The trousers should be suitable, it is best to be elastic, or else the results of the trousers falling down caused the trousers to fall and affect the stride, which is not good. Finally, the bag on the trousers is preferably zippered, so that even if the wrestling does not fall out. The pocket on my trousers was zippered, but I forgot to pull it this time. As a result, my beloved knife was lost after a few falls. . . A good Jackets is the best. If you don't remember your clothes, you must bring in more sets. When you reach the top of the mountain, you can change the sweaty clothes in time to prevent colds. Also remember to wear long-sleeved clothing when crossing and protect your arms to prevent hanging injuries. Food: Food can be selected according to the list of other postings. Here are some additional points. If you have experienced cramps or sweating, it is best to bring a bottle of salt water. Bring two bottles of Gatorade or Grapegrass, "Thank you for thirst and thirst," or dilute it with some water. Do not drink too much water in the process of climbing. Drinking water can make you tired. Pay attention to the boxing match. It is for this reason that the players only gargle with water during the intermission and do not swallow. Pick a sauerkraut or pickle to adjust the taste. Although mountaineering is very expensive, it does not particularly want to eat.
