4. The dryer hot plate is too short (less than 9M), the paperboard after the double-sided machine is not fully dried, the adhesive glue is poor, and the speed is slightly faster, which results in a large amount of cardboard degumming.
5. The cooling part is short and the ballast roller is sparse (the distance is more than 200mm), which is unfavorable for the distribution, shaping and full adhesion of water vapor on the cardboard.
Second, the quality of the base paper does not meet the production requirements One-sided pursuit of low-cost, but for the purchase of cheap pull, moisture, no toughness, more than dust does not meet the quality requirements of the base paper. Third, the poor quality of glue and the inappropriate amount of glue failed to flexibly formulate the glue according to the water permeability of the paper, the ambient temperature and humidity, or use a glue solution that is degraded and thin and has a lot of foam, or it may worry about the poor adhesion of the paperboard and intentionally increase the coating. Fourth, technical personnel with weak technical strength and lack of team awareness are seriously lacking. Operators in key processes are not skilled enough in the ability to control the equipment, and the necessary training and learning of employees has not attracted the attention of the company.
