3 Product Categories
3.1 Boxboards are divided into five grades A, B, C, D, and E according to the quality, of which A, B, and C are linerboards.
Class A: Export corrugated cardboard suitable for the manufacture of fine, valuable and refrigerated goods packaging.
Class B: Suitable for manufacturing corrugated cardboard for export goods packaging.
Class C: Corrugated cardboard suitable for making larger articles.
Grade D: Suitable for manufacturing corrugated cardboard for general goods packaging.
Grade E: Suitable for manufacturing light load corrugated cardboard.
3.2 Cardboard size Flat paper is 787mm × 1092mm, 960mm × 1060mm, 960mm × 880mm, its size deviation must not exceed ± 5mm, skewness does not exceed 5. Web width is 960, 1100, 1600, 1940mm, deviation is not allowed to exceed ± 80mm.
Other sizes can be specified in the order contract.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 The technical specifications of the boxboard shall comply with the requirements in Table 1.
4.2 The cardboard does not allow delamination due to external forces.
4.3 The color of each batch of cardboard should be basically the same, and there should be no exposed bottom.
4.4 The surface of the board should be flat and no visible blankets are allowed.
4.5 Paperboard must not be subject to paper sickness such as creases, tears, or holes.
4.6 Flat paper is not allowed to have more than 2cm in diameter wetted, wet paper web per 10m2, diameter greater than 3cm: no more than one A, B grade, C grade must not exceed two, D grade must not exceed three, Class E must not exceed five.
4.7 The core of the web must not be worn. Three paper breaks per roll are forbidden, and adhesive tape is firmly stuck at the breakage.
4.8 The cut edge of the flat sheet should be neat and clean, with no edges, no corners, thin edges, etc. The end face of the web should be flat and the zigzag or concave-convex surface formed must not exceed 5mm.
4.9 does not meet the requirements of Table 1, one of the following conditions can be classified as second-class products:
4.9.1 Quantification exceeds the permitted tolerance of the specified 2%;
4.9.2 Those with a Burst Resistance Index less than the specified 10%;
4.9.3 The lateral loop pressure index is less than the specified 10%;
4.9.4 Those with a horizontal folding endurance less than the specified 20%;
4.9.5 The absorbent is greater than the specified 20% or less;
