The main operation station introduced now uses GOT97 to control, and communicates with the PLC by bus communication to speed up the speed of the letter. The GOT's main screen consists of 5 pages, including the cover, printing control screen, parameter setting screen, stepper motor control screen, and fault drawing. The touch keys can be used to switch between each screen, and the fault screen will pop up automatically when the machine fails.

1. The first screen is the parameter setting function

1) Display printing speed, display folding count value, bundle count value printing technology. Tag count value.
2) Control the counting start: pause, reset the count, always select the working mode of the paper head and the position of the flip bar.
3) Set the paper thickness, printing specifications, number of printing bundles, and folds per mark.

The data setting method takes the input paper thickness as an example:

The paper thickness is expressed by the weight of the paper. The range of paper used in this machine is 30 ~ 120g, unit: gram per square meter, accuracy: 1 gram. If the paper thickness or setting value is changed, the hole pitch and the speed of the paper feed roller will be automatically Change accordingly.

The setting steps are as follows:

a. Press the paper thickness key to automatically pop up the data input window.
b. After clicking the start keyboard, use the 10 numeric keys on the screen to enter the value. The input value display paper thickness value is displayed in the frame window. If the entered value is correct, press the Enter key to save the entered value into the PLC The D310 area. Press the abort key again to abort the input.
c. Press the paper thickness key again to close the paper thickness input operation.

The setting methods of printing specifications, number of printing bundles and folds per mark are the same as above, and the input data are stored in the D311, D305 and D306 areas of the PLC respectively.

4) Paper tail ON; Connector detection ON; Paper tail and paper connector detection only works when the selection button is ON. Paper tail detection is also related to the position of the roll paper, that is, it must be selected whether it is placed on the operation surface or on the transmission surface, that is, M represents the operation surface G represents the transmission surface, and the wrong selection does not work. The selection of the paper break switch is the same as the paper tail selection.

2. The second screen is the printing control function

1) Display printing speed and folding count.

2) Start counting and pause counting; unit selection; fine-tuning of pattern; fine-tuning of edge hole; folding adjustment; manual water spraying; marking; general preparation.

For fine-tuning the pattern, when manually spraying water, press the color group selection key first, otherwise it will be invalid.

Circumferential registration adjustment (jog operation): Press the button of the selected unit and it will move in the direction specified. Press the jog key once, the selected unit moves 0.1mm if continuous jog printing technology. Then move continuously.

Manual water spray: Press and hold the water spray key, the selected unit is sprayed with water, and stop the key to stop water spray.

Edge hole fine adjustment (inching operation): Press the edge hole fine adjustment button and it will move in the direction specified by the button.

Fold adjustment (manual operation): Press the fold adjustment button to move the printing technology in the direction specified by the button.

Marking (manual operation): Press the marking button to mark, and raise your hand to stop marking. When the mark count returns to work, when the count reaches the set value, the mark is automatically marked for 0.3s.

3) Set the guide roller conductivity, hole pitch correction, and feed roller tension ratio control to set how fast or slow the guide roller's circumferential speed ratio is. The setting range is -100% ~ + 100%, and the accuracy is 1%.

The setting of the hole pitch (pitch) and tension depends on the following factors: the thickness of the roll paper, the length of the roll paper feed and the speed of the paper feed roller located at the entrance and exit of the processing unit. The set hole pitch is based on the length of the 3m hole pitch. The setting range is -10mm to + 10mm and the accuracy is 0.01mm. The setting method is the same as above. The data is temporarily stored in the D area. When the data is set or the input operation is closed, the PLC program reads the D area.

4) Unit conversion, screen switching.

3. The third screen is stepper motor control, which controls the stepper motor to adjust with the input data. The adjustment steps are as follows:

1) Select the unit to be adjusted, and the input window will pop up automatically.

2) After pressing the start key, input the data with 10 digital data. The input value displays the setting value display box. If the input value is correct, press the Enter key to save the input data in the D area of ​​the PLC, and then Press an abort key to abort the input.

3) Then press the NC start button to start, if you want to stop halfway, press the NC stop button.

4. The fourth and fifth screen failure pictures

When the machine is faulty, the fault screen pops up automatically, and the fault point is displayed at the corresponding location, and the indicator light flashes. When a location is displayed with black text on a yellow background, a window pops up next to this location to see more details Press the close button to return to the printing operation screen.
