9, the correct daily maintenance of anilox roller cleaning

(1) Daily cleaning of wire brush: Wipe the ink with solvent first, then use a special chemical cleaning agent, use a special stainless steel wire brush with wire diameter of 0.07 mm to clean the mesh.

(2) Chemical cleaning agent soaking and cleaning: Use a special anilox chemical cleaning agent to soak the roller, spray the solvent to the rotating anilox roller through the high-pressure spray device moving axially along the roller, and clean the mesh hole. Residual ink inside, rinse with clean water and air dry.

(3) Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) dry cleaning system: It uses the principle of spraying sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) powder to the anilox roller to hit the residual dry solid ink in the mesh, which can effectively clean the anilox roller.

(4) Ultrasonic cleaning: The roller is immersed in a chemical cleaning solution and slowly rotated.
