1, the condition of the machine and the quality of the product

2, the production schedule of the machine

View the product content and plan completion of a class produced by this machine, clearly understand the production progress of this batch of products, and make arrangements for the production plan of this class.

3, the adjustment of machinery and equipment

Check whether the machine has been adjusted in the previous shift. If there are adjustments, which parts have been adjusted, and the use of the operation after adjustment, all details must be understood.

Preparation for work before production

1. Before starting work every day, the beer must be refueled and lubricated. Refueling must be serious and comprehensive and must not be missed. At the same time, it is necessary to observe whether there is any clogging of the oil eye. Once it is found, it should be cleared.

2. Carefully read the construction list and correctly understand the work order requirements

(1) The captain must correctly understand the construction order before starting the machine, check the sample, and whether the work order is complete and consistent.

Whether the beer version is manufactured according to the requirements of the work order structure, size, color, indentation line, knife line, whether the bending deformation, the sharp edge of the knife. 3, the operation of machinery and equipment

(1) When the machine is turned on, it should be observed whether the machine has an abnormal reaction. If there is any abnormal noise, abnormal operation, etc., it should be stopped immediately.

(2) Focus on observing whether the previous class of adjusted parts is normal.

(3) Check whether the switches of the machine equipment, brakes and other components are flexible and reliable.

4. Preparation of raw and auxiliary materials

(1) Check if there is any product ready for beer. If it is not in place, it should be reported to the monitor and assist the monitor to do the work.

5, machine adjustment

(1) Template installation. When installing the template, be careful not to make mistakes in the direction. The template must be tight and moderate to prevent the template from loosening, resulting in loss and accidents. It is better to center the template.
