The first is the improvement of the standardization technology. The original third grooved drum was removed from the standard and replaced with a chain net type standard. In addition, some effective adjustments have been made to the bottle washing process. As we all know, the emergence of aluminum foil head marks has raised new issues for bottle washing equipment, processes and environmental protection. The heading aluminum foil and the caustic soda in the washing liquid chemically react to generate salts, hydrogen, and water, which consumes a large amount of alkali in the washing liquid and reduces the washing effect of the washing liquid. The bigger problem is that these salt components are carried to the next tank along with the bottle rack and the bottle wall, accelerating the contamination of the washing liquid in the subsequent tank. The frequent replenishment of lye or replacement of baths is a great waste, and also increases the burden of sewage treatment.

Faced with these problems, the YP524 bottle washer has shown its unique advantages. It has five washing liquid soaking tanks and three circulating water tanks, which brings great convenience to the adjustment of the washing bottle process.

First of all, the bottle is a pre-rinse of recycled water before it enters the immersion tank. It is a powerful bottle that blows in and out. It removes plastic straws, floating dust and other debris, and also warms up the bottle to warm up, greatly reducing follow-up. Tank cleaning fluid contamination and consumption.

Secondly, the temperature and concentration of the first soaking tank cleaning solution are appropriately increased, which is mainly used for rapidly reacting the head label aluminum foil paper and reducing the concentration of the second soaking tank cleaning solution (even using only clean water), mainly for diluting and cleaning the bottle carrier assembly. The salt composition on the wall of the bottle reduces the pollution to the rear tank liquid, greatly improves the washing efficiency, prolongs the replacement cycle of the washing liquid, and saves energy and reduces consumption.

In addition, the bottles with most of the headers removed are continuously immersed in three, four and five tanks. Each time a tank is immersed, the washing liquid in the bottle is replaced once, so that the soil inside and outside the bottle is fully softened and reacted. When passing through the third tank, a chain net type standard flushing and six-row alkaline solution bottle flushing are performed. When passing through the fifth tank (clear water tank), lye dilution and another drum-type standard rinsing are performed to completely remove dirt inside and outside the bottle.

Finally, the bottle enters a complete internal and external cleaning and disinfection, including two rows of secondary circulation water, four rows of one cycle of water, two rows of new water in the bottle follow-up rinse, plus four bottles of external fixed irrigation, making the inside and outside of the bottle fully Washing and sterilizing, after fully draining, are automatically discharged by the bottle unloader.

The improved YP524A double-end bottle washing machine is more suitable for the washing requirements of increasingly complex beer recycling bottles. Its production capacity is 20,000 bottles/hour. After cleaning the alkali solution, the bottle enters the clean water tank (sixth tank) to be diluted with alkaline solution and is again subjected to a drum-type standard cleaning process to thoroughly remove dirt from inside and outside the bottle, and finally enters a complete internal and external cleaning and disinfection.

In addition, there are six washing liquid soaking troughs and a three-pass label removal system, which uses different washing process methods for different production conditions. It also provides flexibility, saves energy, and is extremely easy to adjust. Because of the buffering of the third tank, the heading reactants basically remain in the first three tanks, the third tank has a small volume, and there is little alkali exchange every time. Therefore, YP624 bottle washing machine further reduces the consumption of washing liquid and reduces the environmental pollution caused by large discharges. The temperature curve is also more gentle, and the chance of breaking bottles is even smaller.
