I. Project objectives and content

1. Project research objectives

In response to the demand for storage, transportation and handling of medium and low level radioactive nuclear wastes, this project has developed a flexible medium and low level radioactive nuclear waste container (hereinafter referred to as nuclear waste container) manufacturing equipment and automated production line, breaking through the nuclear waste container. Key technologies such as flexible technology, production optimization technology and automation technology of manufacturing equipment, improve the manufacturing precision of nuclear waste containers, meet the automated production of multi-standard nuclear waste containers in China, realize the industrialization of nuclear waste container manufacturing, and form an annual output of 400 liters of A type. , 400 liters of E-type, 320 liters, 210 liters, 200 liters of A type, 200 liters of E-type, 100 liters of seven major metal nuclear waste containers each with a production capacity of 50,000. The nuclear waste container manufacturing standards have reached the advanced industry level; the quality and product performance are at the leading position in the country; the application of nuclear waste containers in nuclear power plants is promoted, and the recycling of wastes is reduced through the application of nuclear waste containers, thereby protecting the environment and contributing to the development of nuclear energy. 1. XJY2011 type expansion machine:

The whole machine includes 1 host, 1 hydraulic station and 1 electrical control cabinet.

With the expansion process, the vertical structure and all power are provided by hydraulic devices.

The mainframe design adopts an adjustable scheme to meet the requirements of changing the forming tool to meet different specifications of steel drums (diameter 385mm-710mm material thickness: 3mm-0.5mm).

There are 7 sets of forming tools, each set of tools with a high mechanical efficiency of a set of 12 equal-section pyramid-shaped wedge-shaped sliding expansion and contraction mechanism. The 12-valve bulge body that cooperates with it is respectively supported by the two sets of circumferential tension springs around the main shaft to ensure the smooth entry of the barrel blank.

Forming tools and positioning devices can be replaced quickly and easily when producing different products.

Automated production of crimping seals for four sizes of nuclear waste containers of 100, 200 liters, 210 liters, 320 liters, 0.8 mm thick and 1.5 mm thick. The main shaft adopts mechanical transmission; the feed and seal are hydraulically driven. The spindle motor adopts a variable frequency speed regulating motor to meet the requirements of different speeds of the spindle for different specifications of the product. Through the rapid replacement of the sealing disk, the curling wheel and the adjustment of the frequency of the spindle motor, the steel barrel sealing process can be completed simultaneously on one device. Sealing discs and crimping wheels can be replaced quickly and easily when producing different containers.

4. XJY58B pre-rolling glue machine is developed for processing 100 liters, 200 liters, 210 liters, 320 liters, material thickness of 0.8-1.5mm, and the production of pre-rolled and sprayed rubber. When the product is in use, the pre-reel and pre-reel can be replaced quickly and easily.

6, XJY2012 type shaping machine

XJY2012 barrel expansion reinforced plastic machine is used together with XJY2011 barrel expansion machine. It is used in 400LA, 400LE 320L, 200LA 4 kinds of ring thickness of stainless steel and cold rolled plate container with thickness of 1.5mm-3mm. ) Automated production of inflation.

When producing different containers, the outer hoop expander and adjustment mechanism can be replaced quickly and easily.

7, XJY41W type rolling folding machine

Continuous automated production of rolled hem for four sizes of 100-320 liters and material thicknesses between 0.8 and 1.5 mm. The main shaft adopts mechanical transmission; the feed and rolling adopt hydraulic transmission, and the whole set of machine tools includes main engine, hydraulic station and electrical control cabinet. 4 sets of rolling plate and rolling wheel (1 set each of 100L, 200L, 210L and 320L).

The eccentric disc and adjustment mechanism can be replaced quickly and easily when producing different products.

8, XJY111B type galvanized sheet milling machine

A galvanized sheet milling machine for milling the edge of the barrel sheet by milling is developed to meet the production of 200LE type containers. The machine tool feeding device adopts the variable frequency speed regulating motor and the PLC controller to control the sheet material to reduce the feed at the cutting and cutting of the milling cutter.

9, XJY86, 85 series bottom cover mould

Finishing, deep drawing, bending and other processes of the bottom of the container, the cover and the like. The molds are all equipped with a double guide column guide structure to facilitate the production of 7 sizes of products on a single hydraulic press. All the molds adopt the slanted edge type knife edge, and the knife edge is the high-grinding life of the alloy tool steel through multiple heat treatment.

10, automatic conveying robot

A total of three robots are set up in this subject: the manipulator of the edger completes the process of picking up from the welding area--transport to the edge-rolling machine--the three-step process of positioning the centering of the piping machine. The expansion machine manipulator completes the clamping from the rolling machine - conveying to the expansion machine - the expansion of the ribbing machine to center the positioning - the expansion of the rib machine - the expansion of the locating machine is centered - the expansion machine is clamped - transported to the barrel machine Seven processes. The crimping machine manipulator completes the rubbing machine gripping—delivering to the crimping machine—the crimping machine feeds the centering positioning—the crimping machine grips—the five steps of conveying to the unloading machine.
