Clinical significance:
Cardiac troponin T (cTnt) is one of the components of cardiac troponin complex. It and TnT of skeletal muscle are derived from different gene codes and have different protein structures, so they have high immunospecificity. There are two main forms of CTnt in the myocardium, about 5% is soluble cTnt located in the cytoplasm. Method and principle:
The kit uses the double antibody sandwich one-step reaction principle to detect cardiac troponin T (cTnt) in serum. The monoclonal anti-troponin T antibody coated on the polyethylene tube binds to the sample or standard troponin T, and another 125I-monoclonal anti-troponin T antibody binds to the coated antibody at the same time Troponin T combines to form a monoclonal anti-troponin T antibody-troponin T-125I monoclonal anti-troponin T antibody complex, which can be processed by measuring the CPM value of the standard tube and sample tube and the corresponding processing mode. Calculate the content of troponin T in the sample to be tested.
Sample handling: Separate serum as soon as possible after blood draw to avoid hemolysis. The sample should be tested within 6 hours, otherwise it should be frozen at -20 ℃, but repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided.

Operation process:

Precautions:
1. Before equilibration to room temperature.
