This prevents the paper from buckling up and down due to uneven moisture content. After the paper is air-dried and humidity-adjusted, press the paper clip board on the top of the paper stack, and use iron plates and large stones to compact it to avoid the paper from being fluffy and unreliable. 2. Choose a good model. For thicker kraft paper above 80g / m2, it is best not to use a small four- or eight-offset printing press. Because the kraft paper above 80g / m2 is thick, the suction nozzle often cannot absorb the paper when feeding. In addition, due to the small size of the paper, double or multiple sheets are prone to failure, or the paper is skewed on the paperboard. If you use a half-offset offset press or a full-offset offset press to print thick kraft paper above 80g / m2, the effect will be better. 3. Adjust the paper feeding system of the offset press. As the kraft paper is thick, the suction volume of the suction nozzle should be adjusted. At the same time, the paper thickness is also easy to cause rolling stop accidents, so the electrical devices such as double-sheet control, skew control, and pre-punch control must be adjusted properly before printing to prevent the kraft paper from being damaged by multiple sheets. In addition, the rubber nozzles with larger diameter and thickness should be used for the paper separating nozzle and the paper feeding nozzle. 4. When printing kraft paper, keep the center distance between the plate cylinder and the rubber cylinder unchanged, and only adjust the center distance between the impression cylinder and the rubber cylinder. When printing 250g / m2 ～ 450g / m2 kraft paper, the center distance can be increased by 0.2mm ～ 0.4mm. The surface of kraft paper is rough and smooth, and the paper is far less compact than coated paper and offset paper. Therefore, when printing kraft paper, the printing pressure should be increased accordingly. For example, when printing 400g / m2 kraft paper, the gap between the plate cylinder and the rubber cylinder is 3.95mm, the gap between the rubber cylinder and the impression cylinder is adjusted to 3.40mm, the total lining of the plate cylinder is 0.65mm ～ 0.75mm, The total lining is 3.15mm ~ 3.35mm. The surface of the kraft paper is loose and rough, and the paper is easy to fluff and de-powder.
