Abstract: In this paper, a homemade digital pigment printing ink was used to test the digital printing of wool. After the wool fabric has been sprayed with pretreatment, digital printing, steaming and fixing, and washed and floated, a high-quality printing pattern with vivid colors and soaping fastness of 4 or higher can be obtained, which basically reaches the printing level of imported ink of the same type. In addition, the ink is stable and inexpensive: only one-fifth of imported ink. This ink can also be used for paper printing, which is conducive to the operation of the printer.
