2.Good quality foam inside of the chair :New and high density foam use for the chair , 35.0kgs/m3 , chair seat foam thickness 10cm ,back  foam thickness 8cm.When you sit one the chair will feel very conformtable and after long time use the chair will not change the shape
 


3.Ergonomic design: Office chair design and the molding combine according to ergonomic rules ,when you long time seating on the chair will be fully rested and will not be tired ,and will not harm to your body . 



4.Office chair mesh fabric colors many: We have more than 30 colors of leather and fabric for your selection .You can select any color you like . The upholster leather or fabric all are high quality ,strong  and durable .

Foam Cutting  → Leather of Fabric Cutting   → Plywood board  drill   → Foam shaping  → Leather of fabric sewing  → Chair Upholstery  → Chair QC inspection → Chair Clean → Chair Packing   →Loading for the customer 



7.Good packing for the office chairs : All the chairs with knock down packing ,before packing  ,our QC will assemble the chair to check the quality and confirm ok will been packed ,  the chair with the pearl cotton protection  and  packed  with instruction manuel in in the good quality Carton boxes ,carton boxes outside will strong packing  belts to avoid  the damage during long  time transporation and several time loading and un-loading . 

8.Logistics process: You can have your own shipping agent to arrange shipment for you or we can help you to arrange the shipment. Our transport workers are professional. They will keep the goods smooth and steady.And we will also double check the quantity again to avoid some missing parts.

9.Free charge service we can do for you : 1.We can  send the invitation for you to get visa  come to China  visit our factory . 2.We can send our factory production authority letter for you to get the furniture tender .3.We can help you  to collect your other supplier goods to our factory mixed  loading  in the container . 4.We can help you  to  source other related office furniture to mixed with our office furniture .

A1:Ex-work factory , FOB Guangzhou, FOB shenzhen, CIF

Q2. How long is the guarantee (period)?
A2:Three years quality warranty . 

Q3.How many colors for selection ? 
A3:More than 30 colors. We will provide you with color card , pls choose your favorite from it.

Q4.How long is our production leading time?
A4:within 15-20 days upon receiving deposit in normal season, and 25-30days in our busy time(August,September,October).

Q5.What is the payment term?
A5:T/T or L/C at sight. 30% Deposit for start the production ,the balance before the shipment when goods are ready . 

Q6.What is the packing details?
A6:Knock down Packing with the carton boxes ,and inside with the pearl cotton for protection. Glass parts are packed with wooden frame outsides to protect the items.

Q7. What support you will have to assemble this furniture?
A7: Inside each packing of the office furniture products ,we have put the exactly instruction book ,you can assemble the office furniture very easy.  

Q8.What kind of documents we will provide for you?
A8:B/L,Commercial Invoice, Packing List,Certificate of Original. with these documents you or your borker can do the customs declaration at your side.

Q9. During shipping, if there is a damage to products, how do you get replacement?
A9: During shipping,our shipping angancy will try to ensure the safety of the goods.If there is a damage to products, they would be responsible for the damage .If it is not a very serious problems,we will help you and compensate you the damaged parts.

Q10. If there are any missing parts in our shipment, how long it takes for you to send?
A10: If there is some small missing components,we will DHL  to you ASAP within one week.
