PJS2880 rotary machine uses thyristor to trigger DC motor speed-adjusting DC motor speed control system, often due to aging electrical components and resistive heating resistance changes and other reasons, causing instability and instability can not boot. DC motors also wear due to carbon brushes and rectifiers, causing problems. The motor is bulky, has high energy consumption and low efficiency. In order to ensure safe production, reduce energy consumption, and improve efficiency, we have reconstructed the main drive circuit of the PJS2880 rotary press and adopted the VVVF speed control system to achieve satisfactory results.

The 702 and 705 lines are connected to the brake electromagnetic clutch, and the 701 is connected to the KAl bell. The AC contactor normally closes the upper end of the contact and the lower end connects to the 705 line. Remove the three power supply cables from FR1 and Wl, V1, and U1, and the #0 cable from #2.

KA2 is originally a low-speed motor AC contactor, remove the main contacts of the three-phase power into the line and outlet, the Dl08 line connected to the top of the main contact, the lower end of the Dl07 line, for the inverter CM control power supply. Dl08 line is connected to inverter 0P6 forward command terminal, and 95 line is connected to CM terminal.

The 535 line is connected to the KM2 reverse point AC contactor main contact upper end, and the lower end is connected to the CM terminal. The 75 line is connected to the positive point AC contactor KMl upper end of the main contact, the lower end is connected to the CM terminal, and the 75 line is connected to the inverter 0Pl inching terminal.

After the above transformation, the energy consumption is reduced, and the reliability of equipment operation and production efficiency are improved.
