The packaging of sanitary ceramics is divided into cartons and wooden boxes. There are also straw rope bales.

The material of cartons for export products shall comply with the provisions of GB5034, and the materials for cartons of domestic products shall comply with the provisions of GB6544. Lattice wooden boxes are usually made of red and white pine wood. The filler material is generally a foam or other similar material. Corrugated cartons can be in both stapled and bonded forms. When nailing the box, the distance between the nails should not be greater than 70mm. When bonding into a box, tape or strong tape should be used, and its width should not be less than 50mm.

For ease of handling, the mass of each package does not exceed 50kg.

Packages should be clearly marked outside, indicating the product name, model, grade, color, manufacturer and so on.
The packaged product is best stored in a dry, clean, well ventilated warehouse. According to variety, model, grade, color code is good.

Ceramic tiles with a size less than 400mm×400mm are generally packaged in cartons. The material of the cartons of export products shall be governed by the provisions of Regulation GB5034, and the materials of cartons of domestic products shall comply with the provisions of GB6544. A box is generally 1m2 or 1.5m2.

Large-size ceramic tiles are generally bare, according to the quality of bricks 2 to 4 blocks for a package. The four corners of the brick are first fixed with special foam, and then they are fixed to each other with a strong glue. This kind of packaging saves the board box, and the corners of the bricks are not easy to demagnetize, which reduces the loss during transportation.

There should be a clear mark on the back of the product. Outside the packing box should have the name of the factory, trademark, specification, grade number, color number and other signs.
