New horizontal tray molding machine

SWF's newly introduced TF600H Horizontal Pallet Forming Machine adopts an automatic molding scheme, which can process a variety of pallets and the speed can reach 2700/hour.

This type of molding machine is well suited for use in today's manufacturing industry. It can process pallets suitable for handling, storage and transportation and can be stacked on standard pallets. The trays for different products can also be placed on the same pallet. Each manufacturer can stack its different products and easily enter the store's cold storage system.

In addition, the machine can also process a variety of trays that require horizontal molding solutions, including: single-corner composite corner posts, shelf trays, and a variety of specially designed trays.

The machine commonly used concave tray specifications: 600 × 400, 400 × 300 and 500 × 400mm. The depth of these three specifications of the tray can be adjusted as needed, usually 5-6mm, or 10-12mm. The basis of the concave tray molding machine and the corresponding tray design is the modular standard of the corrugated container proposed by the Fiber Box Association.

TF600H's standard configuration includes: mechanical simple design, variable frequency drive, Kwik change control, Nordson hot melt adhesive system, monitoring protection device, large capacity hopper and PLC control. According to the different requirements of customers, other configurations can also be added according to actual application conditions, including downstream control, pallet stacking devices, and composite devices.
